Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait items, it takes some time to personalise and build your order from the moment you place it. 

Orders in the US normally arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders placed during the holidays may take up to four weeks to arrive.

Please update or amend your shipping address within 30 minutes of purchase. Please review your confirmation email and contact us promptly if you need to make changes.

We cannot accept requests to swap or edit photos that were already submitted with an order.
